There is an incredible wealth of knowledge that one can now find on the internet on the wide ranging benefits of Moringa Oleifera. A plant that I grew up with in India and only realized its true potential when I rediscovered the glorious Moringa tree working in a model sustainable village in Kenya. Head to the 'My Story' section on the website (www.moringawhat.com) to read more on that.
Now, modern science is proving that these tiny moringa leaves are packed with incredible nutrition that can strengthen our bodies and provide essential nutrition where otherwise lacking. Playing catch up with what has been used in folk medicine across civilizations and cultures, through the centuries.
As with everything, it is important to understand that wellness and health need to be approached holistically. Nutritional food supplements are only that, supplements and should not replace a balanced diet and lifestyle.
Below are a few interesting facts about Moringa, put together by an organization that I consider a housekeeper of Moringa know how, the Trees for Life Organisation.
