100% dried Ashwagandha root powder, made in direct collaboration with small-holder farmers in Northern Karnataka, India. Ashwagandha functions as an adaptogen in Ayurveda, known as a Rasayana (rejuvenator). Rasayana is an Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy which focuses on overall nutrition, encompassing the macro and micro levels of maintenance & promotion of health.

Usage : Not defined. Daily (2 grams/ 1 teaspoon).  

Quick Recipe : Take a tea spoon of the powder and mix with a few drops of warm water in a cup, stir or whisk for a few seconds. Pour in choice of milk (preferably warm) and fill cup. Unwind to this goodness in a cup, always 100% Ashwagandha.
